Our family just returned from a wonderful vacation at Seabrook Island, South Carolina. It was just an incredible time to be with our daughter, sons and daughter in law. Seven days at the beach will go a long way in clearing the mind and refreshing the body. We played, played, and played some more. The ocean did not have perfect waves, but they were perfect for me. Our time in the ocean was so good and we had some great games on the beach. Daily pool swims and good reading times mixed in were very relaxing. We rode our bikes and took one really l-o-n-g ride. We had two runs that were just incredible. Watching the sun rise over the Atlantic was just awesome. In addition to all we did at Seabrook Island we visited Charleston Air Force Base and had a close up look at a C-17.
This time was so special because our family was together. I am a man to whom God has been so good. He has given me such a sweet and beautiful wife, three great kids and an amazing daughter in law. Being with them was what made this vacation very special. I am probably leaving out a lot that could be mentioned but I think I will just let the pictures tell the story. By the way, if you have not figured it out-I recommend vacations!
